------------------------------------------ B.A.No.9563 of 2012 ----------------------------------- Dated this the 28th day of December, 2012 ORDER
Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission for withdrawing this application. Permission granted and this application is dismissed as withdrawn.
2. The petitioner has earlier filed B.A.No.6988 of 2012 for bail, which was dismissed by this Court by order dated 17.10.2012. But, opportunity was given to the petitioner to surrender before the Investigating Officer on or before 03.11.2012. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner could not surrender before the investigating officer as directed by this Court due to the reason that he was away from station. Learned counsel prays for granting extension of time to the petitioner to surrender before the investigating officer as directed in the earlier order. After hearing both sides, this Court satisfied that extension of time prayed for should be granted. Therefore, the petitioner is directed to surrender on or before 08.01.2013. Other directions contained in the earlier order will apply. BABU MATHEW P. JOSEPH, JUDGE. DG
