.....dated this the 15th day of january 2013 order in view of the order passed by this court on 7.12.2012 in ba no.3094/12 and connected cases, this application is only to be allowed. the bail application is accordingly allowed as follows :1. the petitioner shall surrender before the investigating officer on or before 21.01.2013, who, after interrogation, shall produce him before the jfcm court concerned, which court on application being moved by him, shall release him on bail on executing a bond for rs.15,000/- (rupees fifteen thousand only) with two solvent sureties for the like sum each to the satisfaction of the jfcm court concerned.2. the learned magistrate shall ensure the identity of the sureties and the veracity of the tax receipts, before granting bail to the petitioner.3. the petitioner shall appear before the investigating officer on every friday between 9 am and 10 am until further orders.4. the petitioner shall surrender his original passport before the ba 89/13 2 learned magistrate. if he is not having any valid passport, or if he has surrendered before any other court in pursuance of this order, he shall file an affidavit regarding the same before the magistrate.5. the petitioner shall not leave the state of kerala without prior sanction of the jfcm concerned.6. the petitioner shall not tamper or attempt to tamper with the evidence and influence or try to influence the witnesses.7. if any of the conditions is violated, the bail granted shall stand cancelled and the jfcm concerned on being satisfied of the said fact, may take such proceedings as are available to him in law. p.bhavadasan, judge sta ba 89/13 3

The bail application is accordingly allowed as follows :

1. The petitioner shall surrender before the Investigating Officer on or before 21.01.2013, who, after interrogation, shall produce him before the JFCM court concerned, which court on application being moved by him, shall release him on bail on executing a bond for Rs.15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand only) with two solvent sureties for the like sum each to the satisfaction of the JFCM court concerned.

2. The learned Magistrate shall ensure the identity of the sureties and the veracity of the tax receipts, before granting bail to the petitioner.

3. The petitioner shall appear before the Investigating Officer on every Friday between 9 am and 10 am until further orders.

4. The petitioner shall surrender his original passport before the BA 89/13 2 learned Magistrate. If he is not having any valid passport, or if he has surrendered before any other court in pursuance of this order, he shall file an affidavit regarding the same before the Magistrate.
