2. The petitioners are aggrieved by the proceedings initiated under the Kerala Land Conservancy Act against Ext.P1 order issued by the third respondent imposing fine for the alleged trespass. Various grounds are stated in the appeal.
3. It is upto the second respondent to take appropriate decision in the appeals after notice to the petitioners, within a period of three months from the date of production of a certified copy of this judgment along with a copy of the writ petition.
