The petitioner was a B.Tech student under the 1st respondent University. He had applied for improvement of one of the internal examinations and accordingly appeared in the examination also. The prayer is for a direction to the University to issue the mark list of the internal examination Semester - V for the subject CS-506. The requirement of the petitioner is that he is expecting a job. Ext.P2 is a copy of the representation filed by the petitioner.

2. Learned Standing Counsel for the University submitted that a consolidated mark list will be issued only after the final results are published along with the main examination in April 2013.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that unless the marks are communicated urgently, it will cause hardship to the petitioner. W.P.(C) No.30296/2012 2 Therefore, if the petitioner files an application for communication of marks confidentially along with required fee, the same will be duly complied with.
