The petitioner is having certain items of properties as prescribed in para.1 of the writ petition. Mutation has already been effected also after the execution of Ext.P1 sale deed. For constructing a house, the petitioner had to remove soil and he applied for permit. Ext.P3 communication was received by the petitioner in the matter and based on the same, the petitioner filed an application before the first respondent as per Ext.P4.
2. It is submitted that the first respondent is not taking any action in the matter.
3. In accordance with the relevant provisions under the Kerala Minor Mineral Concession Rules, the first respondent will take appropriate decision within a period of one month from the date of production of a certified copy of this Judgment along with a copy of the writ petition.
