No. 30922 of 2012 ---------------------------------------- Dated this the 20th day of December, 2012 JUDGMENT The petitioner was originally appointed as a 'UPSA', as per Ext.P1 order dated 7.8.2003. Subsequently, the service of the petitioner came to be retrenched by the 5th respondent as per Ext.P6 order dated 11.12.2012, which in turn has been subjected to challenge by filing Ext.P7 revision petition and the same is pending consideration before the 2nd respondent. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the only prayer is to cause Ext.P7 to be considered and disposed of within a reasonable time.
2. Heard the learned Government Pleader for and also the learned Standing Counsel for the 3rd respondent.
3. Considering the limited nature of relief sought for, this Court does not find it necessary to issue notice to the 6th respondent. The writ petition is disposed of, directing the 2nd respondent to consider Ext.P7 and pass appropriate orders after giving an opportunity of hearing to all concerned at the earliest, at any rate, within 'two months' from the date of receipt of a W.P.C. No. 30922 of 2012 -2- copy of this judgment. The petitioner shall produce a copy of this judgment along with a copy of the writ petition before the 2nd respondent for further steps. P.R.
