2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that two suits are pending. Learned Government Pleader would submit that there is a criminal case alleged against the petitioner under section 468, 471 and 420 of Indian Penal Code. Originally the complaint was investigated and referred as false. Subsequently on a complaint, superior Police Officer has been deputed by the Inspector General of Police.
