22. d July 2013. HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE DINESH MAHESHWARI HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE VIJAY BISHNOI By Post. Mr. B.K. Mehar, Government Counsel. <><><> BY THE COURT: The prayer in this petition by the mother of the convict is for transfer of her convict-prisoner son to Open Air Camp. The learned Government Counsel submits on instructions that the concerned prisoner having not made the specific prayer for transfer to Open Air Camp, his case could not be forwarded to the concerned authorities.
