In the interlocutory application, prayer has been made for early hearing of the writ petition on the ground that the petitioner is an old person and a senior citizen. He is ailing for quite a long time. The matter is extremely urgent. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents submitted that in view of the nature of prayer made in the writ petition, the same may be disposed of at this stage. Heard the parties.
