JUSTICE NARENDRA NATH TIWARI ------ For the petitioner : Mr. Someshwar Roy, Advocate For the respondents : Mr. Bhawesh Kumar, Advocate Mr. Ravi Kumar, Advocate Mr. Rahul Kamlesh, Advocate ------ 4/31.07.2013: The petitioner has filed the writ petition for direction on the respondents to pay his arrears of salary and also for payment of retiral dues. In the interlocutory application, prayer has been made for early hearing of the writ petition on the ground that the petitioner is an old person and a senior citizen. He is ailing for quite a long time. The matter is extremely urgent.
