JUSTICE JAYA ROY ------ For the Petitioner: Mr. A.K. Sahani For the Respondent: M/s Ananda Sen & Md. M. Khan. Order No. 02 ------ Dated 31st July, 2013 Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that defects would be removed in course of the day.
