JUSTICE H.C.MISHRA ------- For the Petitioner : : M/s. Pandey Neeraj Rai For the State : : Mr. A.P.P. ------- 2/ 31.07.2013. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the State. The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Tatisilway P.S. Case No. 32 of 2013, corresponding to G.R. No. 2066 of 2013, for the offence under Sections 498-A of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3/ 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. There is allegation against the petitioner to have subjected his wife to cruelty and torture for demand of dowry. In the facts of this case, I am inclined to release the petitioner on bail.
