During the pendency of this revision application, the petitioner, Ramesh Singh, is directed to be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand), with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri Bipin Bihari Gautam, learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Chaibasa, or his successor, in connection with C/1 Case No. 23 of 2007 / T.R.
