MISHRA ------ For the Petitioner : Mr. Rajendra Prasad Gupta, Advocate For the State : A.P.P. ------ 2/ 19.07.2013 This application will be heard. Admit. Call for the Lower Court Records. Learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to add the complainant as opposite party No. 2 in this revision application.
