2. It is alleged that petitioners were demanding Rs. 5,00,000/- as a dowry for the marriage of informant. It is further alleged that informant's father entered into an agreement with Dinkar Dixit for the sale of land and took Rs. 5,00,000/-, which was deposited in the account of petitioner No.
2. Petitioners filed Bank statements of account of petitioner No. 2 to show that aforesaid money deposited in the account of petitioner No.2 by Dinkar Dixit. A counter-affidavit filed wherein informant stated that he instructed Dinkar Dixit to deposit Rs. 5,00,000/- in the account of petitioner No.
2. Thus, I find contradiction in the statements of informant made in F.I.R. and counter-affidavit. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, I allow this anticipatory bail application and direct the petitioners to surrender in the court below on or before 12 of August 2013 and in the event of their surrender, the learned court below is directed to enlarge them on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri S.M. Sikdar, Judicial Magistrate, Ranchi in connection with Tatisilway P.S. Case No. 12 of 2013 corresponding to G.R. No. 779 of 2013, subject to the condition as laid down under section 438(2) of the Cr.
