.....the rent receipt. on perusal of the said representation it appears that the present petitioners specifically pointed out about the decision taken by this court in s.a. no. 580 of 2004 as well as order passed in s.l.p no. 6080 of 2007 which was preferred by the state government being aggrieved and dissatisfied by the judgment and order passed in the said s.a. copy of the said orders are also annexed with the petition vide annexure 1 and 1/a . it appears that s.l.p no. 6080 of 2007 preferred by the state government has been dismissed by the hon'ble apex court vide its order dated 26.11.2010 and thereby the order passed by this court in s.a. no. 580 of 2004 on 9.5.2006 has been affirmed. it appears that this fact was also stated in the said representation addressed to anchal adhikari as well as the additional collector, ramgarh but till date no further steps have been taken on the representation submitted by the petitioners. under the circumstances, the additional collector as well as anchal adhikar, ramagarh are required to be directed to consider the representation filed by the petitioners within a stipulated period in accordance with law. accordingly, additional collector and anchal adhikari, ramgarh shall take decision on the said representation within one month from the date of the receipt of a copy of this order and thereby accept the rent and issue rent receipt, if no other legal impediments exists. with the aforesaid observation and direction this writ petition stands disposed of. sd (p.p.bhatt, j)

Respondents CORAM :- HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE P.P.BHATT For the Petitioners :- Mr V.Shivnath Sr..Adv. Mr. A.Aditya Adv. For the Respondents :- Mr.Srijit Chowdhury.. 5/29.7.2013. The petitioners by way of filing this writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India have prayed for issuance of appropriate writ/order directing the respondents authorities to consider the representation filed by the petitioners ( Annexure-3) dated 30th January, 2012 addressed to the Additional Collector, Ramgarh. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners as well as the respondents. Perused the materials placed on record. It appears that the present petitioners filed a representation addressed to the Additional Collector,Ramgarh dated 30.1.2012(Annexure-3) as well as the Anchal Adhikari Ramagarh dated 11.8.2011(Annexure-2) inter alia praying that necessary direction may be given to the concerned authority to accept the rent and issue the rent receipt. On perusal of the said representation it appears that the present petitioners specifically pointed out about the decision taken by this Court in S.A. No. 580 of 2004 as well as order passed in S.L.P No. 6080 of 2007 which was preferred by the State Government being aggrieved and dissatisfied by the judgment and order passed in the said S.A. Copy of the said orders are also annexed with the petition vide Annexure 1 and 1/A . It appears that S.L.P No. 6080 of 2007 preferred by the State Government has been dismissed by the Hon'ble Apex Court vide its order dated 26.11.2010 and thereby the order passed by this court in S.A.
