2. It is admitted by the petitioner that he received Rs. 16,000,00/- from the informant's company. However , it is stated that the said money paid to Md. Sahid and Manoj Kumar Sharma as per the direction of Sibu Da, brother of informant. In the counter affidavit, the Memorandum of Association of the informant's company has been annexed. From perusal of the same, it appears that Sibu Da is not the Director of the said company and it appears that he has no concern with the said company. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstance, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, his anticipatory bail application rejected. ( Prashant Kumar,J.)
