JUSTICE P.P.BHATT For the Petitioner : M/s. Ganesh Pathak, Onkar Nath Tiwary, Adv. For the Opp. Party : - -- 3/29.07.2013 Petitioner by way of filing the present petition under Section 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure, seeking transfer of Title Mat. Suit No.09 of 2013 from the court of learned Principal Judge, Family court, Dhanbad to the Court of learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Deoghar.
