2. 29.07.2013 In this application, the petitioner has prayed for disposal of W.P.(S) no.2437 of 2013 in terms of the order passed in in W.P.(S) no.3910 of 2012[Prabhaker Kumar & Anr. Vrs. State of Jharkhand & Ors.]. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the matter involved in the writ petition is entirely similar to the matter involved in W.P.(S) no.3910 of 2012 and, as such, the writ petition be disposed of in terms of the said order. Learned J.C. to G.P.VI, appearing on behalf of the respondents, has not disputed the said contentions and submitted that the writ petition can be disposed of in terms of the order passed in W.P.(S) no.3910 of 2012. Considering the said submission, this writ petition is disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to file fresh representation regarding his grievance before the Regional Deputy Director of Education, South Chhotanagpur Division, Ranchi-respondent no.5. On receipt of the representation, the said respondent shall consider the same and pass appropriate order in accordance with law, within six weeks from the date of receipt of representation. If the petitioner is found entitled to get the benefit, as claimed by him, admitted amount of arrears shall be paid to the petitioner with statutory interest, within six weeks thereafter. If the amount found payable to the petitioner, is not paid within the said period, the petitioner shall be entitled to get compensatory interest @ 10% per annum from the date the amount found payable till the date of final payment.
