JUSTICE H.C.MISHRA ------- For the Petitioner : : M/s. Arvind Kumar Singh For the State : : Mr. A.P.P. ------- 3/ 30.07.2013. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the State. The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Bero P.S. Case No. 150 of 2012, corresponding to G.R. No. 6821 of 2012, S.T. No. 189 of 2013, for the offence under Sections 302/ 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 the Arms Act.
