Coram : The Hon'ble Mr. Justice Prashant Kumar. ----- For the Petitioner : Sri Rajiv Sharma For the State : Sri G.S. Prasad, A.P.P. ----- 05/25.07.2013. Anticipatory bail application filed by Bimal Kumar Tudu is moved by Sri Rajiv Sharma, learned counsel for the petitioner and opposed by Sri G.S. Prasad, Addl.P.P. for the State.
