JUSTICE PRASHANT KUMAR For the Petitioner: Mr. Sanjay Prasad For the State: Mr. Priyadarshi, APP 5/25.07.2013: Anticipatory bail application filed by petitioner Ramdhani Sao in connection with Bengabad P.S. Case No. 128 of 2012 ( G.R. No. 2356 of 2012) pending in the court of learned J.M. 1st Class, Giridih is moved by Sri Sanjay Prasad and opposed by Sri Priyadarshi, learned Additional P.P. In pursuance of order dated 22.07.2013, the Forester is present in Court. From perusal of FIR, I find that petitioner was arrested by the Forester along with Tractor loaded with stone. It is further alleged that while the petitioner was in custody, some other persons came and get him released illegally by using force.
