Anticipatory bail application filed by Rajiv Kumar Singh is moved by Sri Sanjay Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and opposed by Sri H.K. Shikarwar, Addl.P.P. for the State. From perusal of statement of complainant on S.A., I find that no specific overt act alleged against this petitioner. Considering the aforesaid fact and circumstance, I allow this application and direct the petitioner, named above, to surrender in the court below by 16.08.2013. If petitioner surrenders by that time, the court below is directed to enlarge the petitioner, named above, on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Madhupur in connection with C.P. case no.240/2011, T.R. No.1168/2013, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C. ( Prashant Kumar, J.) Pramanik/
