.....or retires from practice shall, within fifteen days of such suspension of practice or retirement from practice, inform the Trust Committee of the fact of such suspension of practice or retirement from practice, as the case may be. If any member of the Fund fails to so inform the Trust Committee without sufficient reasons, the Trust Committee may, in such manner as may prescribed, reduce the amount payable to him from the Fund under this Act.
