WHEREAS it is expedient to provide for the pension of the Members of the West Bengal Legislature; It is hereby enacted as follows: Section 1 Short title and commencement (1) This Act may be called the West Bengal Legislature (Members' Pension) Act, 1986. (2) It shall come into force on the 1st day of April, 1986.
