WHEREAS it is expedient to abolish the Calcutta and Suburban Police Superannuation Fund; It is hereby enacted as follows: Section 1 Short title This Act may be called the Calcutta and Suburban Police (Superannuation Fund) Act, 1905. Section 2 Repeal of enactments Rep. by Ben. Act 1 of 1939.
