Preamble.- WHEREAS it is expedient to provide for the maintenance of records of tenant-rights and of settlement records in Bengal, and for an alternative method of recovering the cost of cadastral surveys and settlements; It is hereby enacted as follows:- PART 1 Preliminary Section 1 Short title.
