.....under this Act shall be impeached or affected Section84 - Appeal from orders Every order passed by the Collector in respect of applications under Section85 - General control of Commissioner and Government All the powers of a Collector under this Act shall be exercised under Section86 - Orders to be final Subject to the provisions of the two sections last preceding, every order passed by the Collector in Section87 - Disposal of lands no longer required for embankments Whenever the maintenance of any public embankment, or the Section88 - Collector may delegate any of his powers to a Deputy Collector A Collector may delegate any of his powers under this Section89 - Jurisdiction All offences created by this Act shall be inquired into and tried by a Magistrate of the first or second Section90 - Power to make, alter and cancel rules The 5454.
