Section 12 Publication of such rules Rules shall not be passed until the same shall have been published in the 1010. Words subs. by the Government of India (Adaptation of Indian Laws) Order, 1937. [Official Gazette] for a period of six weeks, and after that time the rules shall be published as passed, with such alterations (if any) as to the 1111.
