(c) Excise or countervailing duty on excisable Country Liquor (excepting Tari) transported in accordance with the provisions of Section 13 in place of "Rs 90.00 per bulk litre" "Rs 200.00 per bulk litre" shall be substituted. (d) Excise duty on excisable Country Liquor (excepting Tari) manufacturer, cultivated or collected under any license granted under the provisions of Section 17 in place of "Rs 90.00 per bulk litre" "Rs 200.00 per bulk litre" shall be substituted.
