THE TRIPURA AGRICULTURAL INDEBTEDNESS RELIEF ACT, 1979 THE TRIPURA AGRICULTURAL INDEBTEDNESS RELIEF ACT, 1979 An Act to provide relief indebtedness to agricultural labourers, rural artisans and small farmers in the State of Tripura and for matters connected therewith. Be it enacted by the Legislative Assembly of Tripura in the Thirtieth Year of the Republic of India as follows :-- CHAPTER I Preliminaries. Short title and commencement. 1. (1) This Act may be called the Tripura Agricultural Indebtedness Relief Act, 1979. (2) It shall be deemed to have come into force on the thirty-first day of March, 1979. Definitions. 2. THE TRIPURA MARKETS ACT, 1979 THE TRIPURA MARKETS ACT, 1979 AN ACT to provide for controlling and establishing private markets in the State of Tripura and for matters connected therewith. BE it enacted the Legislative Assembly of Tripura in the Thirtieth Year of the Republic of India as follows:- Short title, extent and commencement. 1.
