Section1 - (1) This Act may be called the Tamil Nadu Protected Section2 - In this Act, unless the context otherwise requires,- Section3 - The Government shall take necessary steps,- Section4 - (1) No person shall undertake any new project or new Section5 - (1) There shall be an Authority, by the name, the Tamil Nadu Section6 - (1) A nominated member shall hold office for a period of Section7 - (1) The Authority shall meet, as often as may be necessary, Section8 - The Authority shall perform the following functions, namely:- Section9 - (1) There shall be a District Level Committee, to assist the Constitution of Section10 - (1) The District Level Committee shall carry out the Section11 - (1) The Authority shall have a fund to be called the Section12 - The expenditure incurred by the Authority for meeting the Section13 - (1) The accounts of the Authority shall be maintained in Section14 - (1) The Authority shall, as soon as may be, after the end of Section15 - No act or proceedings of the Authority or a District Level Section16 - Any person who contravenes the provisions of section 4 Section17 - (1) Where an offence under this Act has been committed by Section18 - (1) Any officer of the Revenue department not below the Section19 - (1) After obtaining a report under section 18 regarding Section20 - The provisions of this Act shall have effect notwithstanding Section21 - No suit, prosecution or other legal proceeding shall lie Section22 - (1) The Government may, by notification, add or omit any Section23 - (1) The Government may make rules to carry out the Section24 - If any difficulty arises in giving effect to any of the provisions
