Section1 - Short title, extent and commencement. - Section2 - Definitions. - In this Act, unless the context otherwise requires, “ragging” means display of noisy, disorderly conduct Section3 - Prohibition of ragging. - Ragging within or without any educational institution is prohibited, Section4 - Penalty for ragging. - Whoever directly or indirectly commits, participates in, abets or propagates “ragging” within or Section5 - Dismissal of student. - Any student convicted of an offence under section 4 shall also be dismissed from the Section6 - Suspension of student. - Section7 - Deemed abetment. - If the head of the educational institution or the person responsible for the management of the Section8 - Power to make rules. - Section9 - Repeal and saving. -

Section38 - Subject to the provisions of this Act, the statutes may provide for all or any of the Section39 - (1) The Syndicate may from time to time, make statutes and amend or repeal the Statutes how made Section40 - Subject to the provisions of this Act and the statutes, the ordinances may provide for Section41 - (1) In making ordinances, the Syndicate shall consult - Section42 - (1) Chapter6 - ADMISSION AND RESIDENCE OF STUDENTS.
