Extraordinary Part IV, Section 2 dated 4th October, 1995 at pages 103-104.] An Act further to amend the Tamil Nadu Civil Courts Act, 1873 and the Madras City Court Act, 1892. Be it enacted by the Legislative Assembly of the State of Tamil Nadu in the Forty-sixth Year of the Republic of India as follows:- 1. Short title and commencement.
