.....When a notice under sub-section Section6 - Right to receive amount.- Every person having any interest in any land acquired under this Act shall be entitled to Section7 - Determination of amount Section8 - Matters to be ignored in determining the amount " In determining the amount under section 7, the following factors Section9 - Appeal against order of amount determined " Any person who does not agree to the amount determined by the prescribed Section10 - Apportionment of amount determined " Section11 - Payment of amount. " Section12 - Payment of interest " When the amount is not paid or deposited on or before taking possession of the land, the Section13 - Appeal to High Court " Subject to the provision of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 Section14 - Power of prescribed authority in relation to determination of amount " Section15 - Use of land acquired " Section16 - Delegation of functions " The Government may, by notification in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette, direct that any Section17 - Bar of jurisdiction of civil Court " Save as otherwise expressly provided in this Act, no Civil Court shall have Section18 - Prescribed authority, etc., to be public servants " The prescribed authority and any person authorized under this Act Section19 - Protection of action taken in good faith. " Section20 - Land Acquisition Act not to apply " Save as otherwise provided in this Act, the Provisions of the Land Acquisition Act, Section21 - Act to override other laws " The provisions of this Act shall have effect notwithstanding anything inconsistent Section22 - Application of the Act to certain pending cases of acquisition " Section23 - Power to make rules " Section24 - Publication of rules, the date of the commencement of the rules and notifications and placing of rules and notification
