"This Act as was in force immediately before the date of the publication of the Tamil Nadu Agriculturists Relief (Amendment) Act, 1932 (Tamil Nadu Act 8 of the 1973) in the State of Tamil Nadu except in the transferred territory and as amended by the latter Act was extended to the transferred territory by Section 25 of that Act).
