Preamble1 - The Denzong Agricultural Cooperative Limited (Acquisition of Certain Shares and Miscellaneous Provisions) Act, 1991 Section1 - Short title and Commencement 1 Section2 - Definitions 2. In this Act, unless the context otherwise requires, Section3 - shall, instead of continuing to vest in the State Government, vest in the different Multi-Purpose Co-operative Section5 - Payment of amounts 5. For the transfer and vesting in the State Government of the shares held by individual members Section6 - Share-holders of the Denzong Cooperative 6. Notwithstanding anything inconsistent therewith contained in any other Section9 - Act to have over riding effect 9. The provisions of this Act shall have effect notwithstanding anything inconsistent Section10 - Power to make rules 10. The State Government may, by notification published in the Official Gazette, make rules for Section11 - Protection of action taken in good faith 11.
