.....of Water Supply Department may, either on his own motion or upon an application made to him, at Section32 - The rate or rates of charges for supply of water mentioned in section 14 shall be payable by the owner or occupier of Section33 - For the purposes of this Act, the Government shall levy, on premises situated in an area where water supply is made by Section34 - (1) For the purposes of section Section35 - The competent authority may charge such fees for connection, disconnection, re-connection of water 'supply or testing Section36 - The Government may, by notified order and for reasons to be recorded in writing, exempt any premises or land situated Section37 - (1) The competent authority may by notice require the owner or occupier of the premises to pay within fifteen days from Section39 - No prosecution shall be instituted under this Act without the permission in writing of the Government Section40 - (1) The Government may, by notification, direct that any power exercisable by it under this Act or rules made Section41 - Whoever contravenes the provisions of this Act or rules made' thereunder shall, on conviction, be punishable with Section43 - Section44 -
