Preamble1 - The Sikkim Legislative Assembly Members (Payment of Pension) Act, 1984 Section1 - Substituted by the Sikkim Legislative Assembly Members' (Payment of Pension) Amendment Act No.4 of 1989 w. e. f Section2 - In this Act, unless the context otherwise requires, Section3 - (I) On and from the commencement of this Act, there shall be paid a life long pension of three hundred rupees per month Section4 - Where any person entitled to pension under section 3, Section5 - If any person to whom pension is payable under this Act has not paid any amount payable by him to the State Government Section6 - The State Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, make rules for the purpose of carrying into effect
