Preamble1 - THE SIKKIM CULTIVATORS' PROTECTION (TEMPORARY PROVISIONS) ACT, 1975 Section2 - Definitions 2. In this Act, unless there is anything repugnant the subject or context, Section5 - Limit of liability of cultivator 5.
