MARRIED WOMEN'S PROPERTY ACT, 1874 Section 6

.....Regulation, 1963, in any case to which sub-clause (iv) of Cl. (a) or Cl. (c) applies.6 Tamil Nadu In its application to the State of Tamil Nadu in sub-section (2) for "Madras" the words "Tamil Nadu" shall be substituted.7 (b) affect the liability of a husband for debts contracted by his wife's agency expressed or implied.] ________________________ 1. Foreign Recruitment Act, 1874 Section 6

Whoever, in violation of the prohibition of the Central Government, or of any condition subject to which permission to recruit may have been accorded,--- (a) induces or attempts to induce any person to accept or agree to accept or to proceed to any place with view to obtaining any commission or employment in the service of any Foreign State, or (b) knowingly aids in the engagement of any person so induced, by forwarding or conveying him or by advancing money or in any other way whatever, shall be liable to imprisonment for a term which may extend to seven years, or to fine to such amount as the Court thinks fit, or to both.

Title: Collector May Institute Legal Proceedings for the Protection of a Watan

.....by suit or petition in any Civil Court having jurisdiction in the matter. The cost of such proceedings, unless recovered from the opposite party, shall be paid out of the funds of the watan.
