THE NATIONAL LAW UNIVERSITY OF UTTARAKHAND ACT, 2011 THE NATIONAL LAW UNIVERSITY OF UTTARAKHAND ACT, 2011 [Act No. 11 of 2011] PREAMBLE AN ACT To establish and incorporate a National Law University at Bhowali, Nainital in Uttarakhand and to provide for matters connected therewith or incidental thereto IT IS HEREBY enacted by State Legislature in the Sixty-second years of the Republic of India as follows: Section 1 - Short title and commencement (1) This Act may be called the National Law University of Uttarakhand Act, 2011. For Sections 28 & 29 of the Chennai City Municipal Corporation Act, 1919 (Tamil Nadu Act 4 of 1919) (hereinafter in this Part referred to as the 1919 Act), the following Sections shall be substituted, namely: "28.
