THE RAJASTHAN POWER SECTOR REFORMS ACT, 1999 THE RAJASTHAN POWER SECTOR REFORMS ACT, 1999 (Act No. 23 of 1999) [Received the assent of the President of India on the 28th day of December, 1999] Preliminary Short title, extent and commencement.- This Act may be called the Rajasthan Power Sector Reforms Act, 1999.
