Title: Power for Central Government to Define Tidal Water

The1[Central Government] may, by notification in the2[Official Gazette], define how much of any tidal water shall be deemed to be an inland water for the purposes of this Act: 3[*****] ________________________ 1. Bangalore Water Supply and Sewerage Act, 1964 Chapter 4

.....connected with the Board water supply to be placed, removed, repaired or otherwise interfered with in contravention of the provisions of this Act or of the rules or regulations made thereunder: Provided that the Board shall not cut off the supply of water unless notice of not less than three days has been given to the owner or occupier of the premises.
