.....2015 THE ARBITRATION AND CONCILIATION (AMENDMENT) ACT, 2015 NO. 3 OF 2016 [31st December, 2015.] An Act to amend the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. BE it enacted by Parliament in the Sixty-sixth Year of the Republic of India as follows: Short title and commencement. 1. (1) This Act may be called the Arbitration and Conciliation (Amendment) Act, 2015. (2) It shall be deemed to have come into force on the 23rd October, 2015. Amendment of section 2. 2. In the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (hereinafter referred to as the principal Act), in section 2, (I) in sub-section (1), (A) for clause (e), the following clause shall be substituted, namely: (e) Court means (i) in the case of an arbitration other than international commercial arbitration, the principal Civil Court of original jurisdiction in a district, and includes the High Court in exercise of its ordinary original civil jurisdiction, having jurisdiction to decide the questions forming the subject-matter of the arbitration if the same had been the subject-matter of a suit, but does not include any Civil Court of a grade inferior to such principal Civil Court, or any Court of Small Causes; (ii) in the.....

APPROPRIATION (RAILWAYS) No. 2 ACT, 2015 APPROPRIATION (RAILWAYS) No. 2 ACT, 2015 NO. 13 OF 2015 [5th May, 2015.] An Act to authorise payment and appropriation of certain sums from and out of the Consolidated Fund of India for the services of the financial year 2015-16 for the purposes of Railways. Be it enacted by Parliament in the Sixty-sixth Year of the Republic of India as follows: 1. This Act may be called the Appropriation (Railways) No. 2 Act, 2015. 2. From and out of the Consolidated Fund of India there may be paid and applied sums not exceeding those specified in column 3 of the Schedule amounting in the aggregate [inclusive of the sums specified in column 3 of the Schedule to the Appropriation (Railways) Vote on Account Act, 2015] to the sum of three lakh seventy-seven thousand two hundred thirty-seven crores, ninety-one lakh and eighty thousand rupees towards defraying the several charges which will come in course of payment during the financial year 2015-16, in respect of the services relating to Railways specified in column 2 of the Schedule. 3. Be it enacted by Parliament in the Sixty-sixth Year of the Republic of India as follows: Short title and commencement 1. (1) This Act may be called the Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Amendment Act, 2015. (2) It shall be deemed to have come into force on the 12th day of January, 2015. Amendment of section 3. 2.
