Short Title Extent and commencement. (1) This Act may be called "The Mizoram State Agricultural Produce Marketing (Development and Regulation) Act. 2008". (2) It extends to the whole of Mizoram except the Autonomous District Council areas. (3) It shall come into force on such date as the State Government may, by notification, appoint. 2. Definitions. In this Act, unless the context otherwise requires:- (1) "Agricultural Produce" means all produce and commodities, whether processed or unprocessed, of agriculture, horticulture, apiculture, sericulture, livestock and products of livestock, fleeces (raw wool) and skins of animals, forest produce etc. as are specified in the schedule or declared by the Government by notification from time to time and also includes a mixture.....

THE KERALA CONSERVATION OF PADDY LAND AND WETLAND ACT, 2008 ACT 28 OF 2008 THE KERALA CONSERVATION OF PADDY LAND AND WETLAND ACT, 2008 An Act to conserve the paddy land and wetland and to restrict the conversion or reclamation thereof, in order to promote growth in the agricultural sector and to sustain the ecological system, in the State of Kerala. Title: Governing Body and Other Committees of Institute
