THE ADVOCATES' WELFARE FUND Act, 2001 [Act, No. 45 of 2001] [14th Sep,2001] Preamble An Act to provide for the constitution of a welfare fund for the benefit of advocates and for matters connected therewith or incidental thereto. BE it enacted by Parliament in the Fifty-second Year of the Republic of India as follows:--
