Title: Signature, Conditions, Duration, Suspension, Revocation, Etc., of Licences and Written Permissions

.....Council and such fee shall be payable by the person to whom the licence or written permission is granted. (3) Save as otherwise provided in this Act or any bye-law made there under any licence or written permission granted under this Act any bye-law made thereunder may at any time be suspended or revoked by the Chairperson or by the officer by whom it was granted, if he is satisfied that it has been secured by the grantee through misrepresentation or fraud or if any of its restrictions or conditions have been infringed or evaded by the grantee, or if the grantee has been convicted for the contravention of any of the provisions of this Act or any bye-law made thereunder relating to any matter for which the licence or permission has been granted. Provided that-- (a) before making any order of suspension or revocation reasonable opportunity shall be accorded to the grantee of the licence or the written permission to show cause why it should not be suspended or revoked; (b) every such order shall contain a brief statement of the reasons for the suspension or revocation of the licence or the written permission. Title: Court of the Judicial Commissioner1 for the New State

.....entitled to practise in the new Court; (f) subject to the provisions of this Part, the law in force immediately before the commencement2 of this Act with respect to the practice and procedure in the Court of the Judicial Commissioner for the existing State of Himachal Pradesh shall, until varied or altered by a competent authority, apply in relation to the new Court with such modifications as may be made by this Court; (g) the Judicial Commissioners' Courts (Declaration as High Courts) Act, 1950 shall apply to the new Court as if the new Court were in existence at the commencement3 of that Act; and any other law in force immediately before the commencement2 of this Act relating to appeals to the Supreme Court, from the Court of the Judicial Commissioner for the existing State of Himachal Pradesh shall, with necessary modifications, apply in relation to the new Court; (h) all proceedings which immediately before the commencement2 of this Act are pending in either of the existing Courts shall by virtue of this Act stand transferred to the new Court and shall be continued as if they had been proceedings instituted in that Court; (i) any order made by either of the existing.....

Title: Appointment of Chief Registrar, Etc.

(1) Notwithstanding anything contained in the Registration of Births and Deaths Act, 1969 (18 of 1969) but subject to the provisions to this Act and to any directions that the Central Government may give in this behalf, the officer specified in the Official Gazette by the Chairperson, shall be the Chief Registrar of Births and Deaths for New Delhi and shall keep in such form as may be prescribed by bye-laws a register of all births and deaths occurring in New Delhi. (2) The Chairperson shall for the purposes of this Chapter appoint an additional chief registrar and such number of persons to be registrars of births and deaths for New Delhi as he deems necessary and define the respective areas which shall be under the charge of such registrars.
