THE SALESETTE ESTATES (LAND REVENUE EXEMPTION ABOLITION) RULES, 1952 THE SALESETTE ESTATES (LAND REVENUE EXEMPTION ABOLITION) RULES, 1952 G. N., R. D., No. 1228/49-11, dated 19th February 1952 (B. G., Pt. IV-B, p. 212) In exercise of the powers conferred by section 11 of the Salesette Estates (Land Revenue Exemption Abolition) Act, 1951 (Bom. XLVII of 1951), the Government of Bombay is pleased to make the following rules, namely: 01. SHORT TITLE. - These rules may be called the Salesette Estates (Land Revenue Exemption Abolition) Rules, 1952. 02. DEFINITIONS. In these rules, (a) "Act" means the Salesette Estates (Land Revenue Exemption Abolition) Act, 1951; (b) "section" means a section of the Act. 03. FORM OF APPLICATION. - Every person who proposes to apply to the Collector for compensation under sub-section (1) of section 7 of the Act shall make an application in the form appended to these Rules. 04. COURT-FEE STAMP. - Every appeal under this Act to the Bombay Revenue Tribunal shall bear a court-fee stamp of Rs. 3. Maharashtra State Acts
