.....Act and functioning immediately before the commencement of the Amendment Act shall be deemed to be the Board constituted under the Principal Act as amended by the Amendment Act and continue to function as such: Provided that the Government shall appoint a date not later than six months from the date of commencement of the Amendment Act for the constitution of the Board under the provisions of the Principal Act as amended.
