Title: Punishment for Living on the Earnings of Prostitution

.....to he living with, or to be habitually in the company of. a prostitute; or (b) to have exercised control, direction or influence over the movements of a prostitute in such a manner as to show that such person is aiding, abetting or compelling her prostitution; or (c) to be acting as a tout or pimp on behalf of a prostitute, it shall be presumed, until the contrary is proved, that s uch person is knowingly living on the earnings of prostitution of another person within the meaning of sub-section (1).] ________________________ 1. Whoever buys, hires or otherwise obtains possession of any 1 [person under the age of eighteen years with intent that such person shall at any age be employed or used for the purpose of prostitution or illicit intercourse with any person or for any unlawful and immoral purpose, of knowing it to be likely that such person will at any age be] employed or used for any purpose, shall be punished with imprisonment of either description for a term which may extend to ten years, and shall also be liable to fine. 2 [Explanation I.--Any prostitute or any person keeping or managing a brothel, who buys, hires or otherwise obtains possession of a female under the age of eighteen years shall, until the contrary is proved, be presumed to have obtained possession of such female with the intent that she shall be used for the purpose of prostitution. Title: Detaining a Person in Premises Where Prostitution is Carried on

Title: Seducing or Soliciting for Purpose of Prostitution
