(1) This Act may be called the Sikkim Nationalised Transport (Prevention of Ticketless travel and Miscellaneous Provisions) Act, 1981. (2) It extends to the whole of Sikkim. OF 1981 An Act to provide for the constitution and regulation of the Sikkim Armed Police Force in the State of Sikkim.
